The Position:

Will work directly with the CEO on independent projects related to all aspects of the business
Tasked with setting and execute strategy for attracting, retaining, and increasing listener engagement
Manage company financials and performance metrics

Candidate Profile:

2-3 years experience in a pre-MBA position at a leading management consulting firm
Very proactive, able to wear many hats and switch gears quickly
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Fun loving (the whole team is)
