What we are looking for:

A mobile development genius. You have developed on one or more mobile handsets and are excited to push the envelope and try out new environments. You have strong development experience and can work well with a team and a structured coding process, but at the same time are able to be independent and self-directed in tackling new initiatives.
Extremely high intelligence
Good interpersonal skills
Very strong Mobile OS Programming Background: Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, Brew
Thorough knowledge of media streaming technologies and practices.
